Who we are
Data Licensing Advisors is a trade name of Good Bridge Funding LLC. We are an independent, seller-side advisory service. We help companies understand whether their business records may be of interest to AI data buyers and prepare them for buyer review.
What we are not
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We recommend that you have your own attorney review any agreement before you sign it.
- We do not provide tax, accounting, financial or investment advice.
- We are not a buyer of data and do not purchase, store, host or resell your company's records.
No guarantees
Buyers make all final decisions. We do not guarantee that any buyer will make an offer, or any particular price, terms or timing. Estimates shown by our website calculator or discussed with us are indicative opinions based on limited information. They are not offers, appraisals or promises of payment.
How we are paid
We charge no upfront fees. Our compensation is set out in a written advisory agreement signed before any engagement begins. You are never obligated to accept an offer.
Data handling
- We never take custody of your company's data. Any delivery goes directly from your systems to the buyer you sign with.
- Personal information is expected to be removed or excluded to the buyer's standards before delivery, and you approve what is shared.
- You remain responsible for confirming that you have the rights and any required consents to license your records, including under customer contracts, employee policies and applicable privacy laws.
