This policy explains what information Data Licensing Advisors ("we," "us") collects through datalicensingadvisors.com and how we use it.

- Information you give us in the fit check: your name, role, company, work email, optional phone number, and your answers about team size, industry, systems, location and years in business.
- Visit information, such as the page you arrived on, the referring site and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, which ad brought you here).
- If we add analytics or advertising measurement tools, they may collect device and usage information through cookies. We will update this policy and offer choices where the law requires.
How we use it
- To review whether your company is a fit and to contact you about it.
- To prepare for and follow up on conversations you agree to.
- To understand which marketing brings in relevant inquiries.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with prospective buyers without your permission.
Who processes it
We use service providers to host this website and to deliver and store fit-check submissions. They process information only on our behalf.
Your company's data
The fit check never asks for files or system access. We do not receive or store your company's operational records. Anything shared with a buyer happens only with your approval and under your agreement with that buyer.
How long we keep it
We keep fit-check submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a potential engagement, and then delete them unless we need to keep them for legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@datalicensingadvisors.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or Canada), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law.
